Refund of our treasure hunt experience
We want to offer a great experience to families. You do not like the experience? No problem. We offer a full refund for our city treasure hunts/ missions if you stop playing before completing the 4th step in the app and request a refund within seven days after purchase.
To start a refund, just send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Request refund” and 2-3 lines why you did not like the experience/ what we can do better. We will appreciate your honesty as your feedback will make us better and help us create a great family experience.

Physical product (merchandise) refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
